TERMS AND CONDITION OF ADMISSION

• Students are admitted on a first come first served basis depending on vacancies.
• Pupils will be given admission only through proper channels. No special reference or recommendation will be entertained or considered.
• Delay in payment would result in cancellation of the admission process and admissions will be rejected.
• Submission of completed application form is not a guarantee for admission.
• Your application can be rejected at any point in time of the application process if the management observes the application unsuitable.
• Fees once deposited will not be refunded.
• The school session is from April to March.
• Students will not be admitted without the original Transfer Certificate.
• The original Transfer Certificate should be Counter Signed by the concern DEO/Board (for 9th & 11th). Not applicable for CBSE.
• A parent who seeks admission at St. Norbert School, Damoh accepts all the rules and regulations of the school and ignorance of the rules and regulations of the school shall not be considered an excuse.
• The choice of the allotment of the Sections/Division and changes are as per the school rules and regulations. The parents are not expected to make a demand for a particular section/Division.
• The school management reserves the right to admit or retain students in the school.
• Please take note of your registration number as it will be required for the next steps in the process.

प्रवेश की शर्तें और नियम

• छात्रों को रिक्तियों के आधार पर पहले आओ पहले पाओ के आधार पर प्रवेश दिया जाता है।
• छात्रों को उचित माध्यम से ही प्रवेश दिया जाएगा। किसी विशेष संदर्भ या सिफारिश पर विचार नहीं किया जाएगा।
• भुगतान में देरी के परिणामस्वरूप प्रवेश प्रक्रिया रद्द हो जाएगी और प्रवेश अस्वीकार कर दिया जाएगा।.
• पूर्ण आवेदन पत्र जमा करना प्रवेश की गारंटी नहीं है।
• यदि प्रबंधन को आवेदन अनुपयुक्त लगता है तो आवेदन प्रक्रिया के किसी भी समय आपका आवेदन अस्वीकार किया जा सकता है।
• एक बार जमा की गई फीस वापस नहीं की जाएगी।
• विद्यालय का सत्र अप्रैल से मार्च तक है।
• मूल स्थानांतरण प्रमाण पत्र के बिना छात्रों को प्रवेश नहीं दिया जाएगा।
• मूल स्थानांतरण प्रमाण पत्र पर संबंधित डीईओ/बोर्ड (9वीं और 11वीं के लिए) द्वारा प्रतिहस्ताक्षर होना चाहिए। सीबीएसई के लिए लागू नहीं।
• सेंट नॉर्बर्ट स्कूल, दमोह में प्रवेश चाहने वाले अभिभावक विद्यालय के सभी नियमों और विनियमों को स्वीकार करते हैं और विद्यालय के नियमों और विनियमों की अनदेखी को बहाना नहीं माना जाएगा।
• सेक्शन/डिवीजन के आवंटन और परिवर्तन का विकल्प स्कूल के नियमों और विनियमों के अनुसार है। अभिभावकों से किसी विशेष सेक्शन/डिवीजन की मांग करने की अपेक्षा नहीं की जाती है।
• स्कूल प्रबंधन छात्रों को स्कूल में प्रवेश देने या बनाए रखने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखता है।
• कृपया अपना पंजीकरण नंबर नोट कर लें क्योंकि प्रक्रिया के अगले चरणों के लिए इसकी आवश्यकता होगी।
